Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Our platform operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing policies, in full compliance with international regulatory requirements.

We run strict internal checks to block money laundering and terrorism financing across every part of the platform. Any funds tied to unlawful activity get reported to the relevant authorities straight away, and can be frozen under applicable AML rules.

Money laundering means hiding where assets came from — their origin, location, movement, or ownership — when those assets were obtained illegally. It also covers moving or using such assets to disguise their source, including criminal proceeds from another country. Regulators worldwide work to keep dirty money out of the legitimate economy, and we operate in full line with those rules.

When you create an account, you agree to follow all anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws, including our AML Policy. You confirm that any money you deposit is not from illegal activity or linked to anything banned under national or international law. You also agree to hand over any documents we ask for, promptly, to help us meet our legal obligations.

To back that up, we collect and store ID documents — passports and similar — and keep tabs on all account activity. Every account and transaction gets checked against defined risk indicators for anything that looks suspicious. If an account shows signs of involvement in money laundering or criminal conduct, we can suspend it without warning, as the law allows.

Verification is not a one-time box to tick — it runs continuously based on each user’s risk level. We collect basic personal data at sign-up and keep records of all ID methods, documents, and verification results. Your details, including name, date of birth, address, and declared income sources, get cross-checked against terrorism watchlists held by authorised international bodies.

To confirm your data is accurate, we may ask for a passport, national ID card, or another government-issued document with your name, date of birth, and photo. A utility bill from the last 3 months or a similar document may be needed as proof of address. In some cases, extra documents or notarised copies may be required to wrap up the verification process.
